Giveaway Terms & Conditions – Bakers Delight MetCentre

1. Eligibility
   This promotion is open to residents of New South Wales (NSW), Australia, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of JLL, MetCentre, Bakers Delight, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must:
   – Follow the official MetCentre account on either Instagram or TikTok
   – Comment on the designated giveaway post with their favourite bread spread

Entries on both platforms will be accepted. Entries must be submitted before the competition close date and time.

1. Entry Period
   Entries open upon publication of the official giveaway post and close at 11:59pm AEST on Tuesday, 13th May 2025.

2. Prize Details
   The prize consists of one (1) free loaf of bread per week, to be collected in person by the winner from Bakers Delight MetCentre only, for a total of 24 weeks.
   – Redemption period: From Monday 19th May 2025 to Wednesday 30th October 2025
   – Maximum one (1) standard loaf per week.
   – Missed weekly collections will not be rolled over or reimbursed.
   – The winner must visit Bakers Delight MetCentre each week to claim their loaf.
   – The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for other goods or services.

3. Winner Selection
   One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries across Instagram and TikTok. The winner will be notified via direct message by the official MetCentre account and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the allocated time, a new winner may be drawn.

4. General
   This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, or TikTok. By entering, participants release Meta and TikTok from any responsibility and agree to their terms of use.
